EV Charging Stations
With considerable rebates available now for installing EV Charging stations, this is an easy add to your plans. Each year the state of Maryland anticipates an increase of about 10% of Zero Emission cars on the roads. Make sure your property is as convenient as possible for your tenants who maybe buying new cars.
Preventative Maintenance/Infrared Electrical Testing
With electrical inspections performed on your property yearly or every two years, preventative maintenance is a good idea to curtail any hazards in your property or upgrade where necessary.
